The Programme Advisory Committee (PAC) serves as the strategic advisory body overseeing the transition and development of the FMCG Supplier Development Accelerator (SDa).

Comprised of industry leaders, development finance specialists, and enterprise development experts, the PAC provides Strategic Guidance & Policy Alignment, Resource Mobilisation & Investment Strategy, Public & Stakeholder Engagement, Programme Oversight & Impact Monitoring, and Market Development & Localisation Strategy. Its core mandate is to drive sustainable economic growth by strengthening local manufacturing capabilities, expanding market access for emerging enterprises, and fostering high-impact partnerships that enhance supply chain resilience and competitiveness.
